Answer: First you need to download it on both an iPad and on an iPod Touch/iPhone.

The iPad is the display where the eyeball will appear and the iPod Touch/iPhone will act as the remote.

Here are the steps to get this application working:
1. Press CONNECT on both units
2. Select iPad in the iPhone/iPod Touch menu (that you want to connect to)
3. Select iPhone/iPod Touch on the menu (that you want to connect to)
4. Accept the connection (Best results are if you accept simultaneously on both units)
5. Use the iPhone/iPod Touch as the remote to control movement and to make grunt noises
